TDF serves as the CRA (G&S) consultant in meeting the Unskilled Workforce Participation, Skilled Workforce Participation, SBE-Construction Services Participation, SBE-Goods and Services Participation and SBE-A/E Participation, Subcontractor Participation. Also, as needed assist in assembling the Construction Monthly Utilization Report, Goods & Services Monthly Utilization Report, and the CRA workforce Plan submitted by subs.

TDF also assists in maintaining a working relationship with community stakeholder/s and coordinating all community meeting/s with resident/s and community-based organizations.
